Customer ServiceSHIPPING We always do our best to provide fast and pleasant service for our customers. We choose the most efficient shipping method for each order. Most orders ship via UPS. Orders normally arrive within 3-10 business days. Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to product availability. In the event of a delay with your shipment, we will inform you of its status right away. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and are based on Continental U.S. rates. Occasionally, additional shipping charges may apply to some locations. In this event, you will be notified for approval before your order is shipped. Upon delivery of your order, please do the following while the delivery driver is still present: - Before signing for your package, please open and inspect your order to check for signs of damage, shortage or abuse. - If you discover any damages or shortages in your order, please note this on the package bill at the time of delivery. - If the driver refuses to stay while you inspect your order, please note this on the package bill near your signature. It is the customer's right to refuse any shipment that shows obvious signs of damage or shortage at the time of delivery. All damages and/or shortages must be reported to BuildMyBar.com no later than two days after the receipt of your shipment. BuildMyBar.com is not responsible for any damages or shortages if the shipment is accepted with signature as complete and undamaged. RETURNS We do our best to offer you high quality products at great prices. All products are guaranteed to be as advertised and depicted on the website, to be free from defects, and to perform the function they are designed for. We are confident the quality of our products will meet, if not exceed your expectations. Should you need to return an item, please notify us within 2 weeks of receipt of your order. It must be returned to us within 30 days. To arrange a return, please email us at customerservice@buildmybar.com. Please provide your name and order number. Our customer service department will provide you a Return Authorization Number, which must accompany any returned items. Returned items are subject to a 25% stocking fee. All shipping and insurance costs of the original order, the returned item(s), and any exchanged item(s), are the responsibility of the customer. These costs apply unless the item is damaged or defective, or you received the item in error. We cannot issue a refund for the return of certain items, including the following: - Any item that has been used. - Any item that is not in its original condition. - Any item that is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition). - Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number.
